REFUND POLICY
Please be mindful that we have a strict refund policy.
If your group booking changes or a member not being able to make your booking you will receive a credit for the difference.
We require 2 hours’ notice for a single booking & 24 hours’ notice for a group larger than 2 people to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment.
RESCHEDULING YOUR TAN
It is so easy to reschedule your tan. Simply log into your account via Mindbody:
Mindbody App > My Account
Mindbody App > More > My Info > Passes
Click on your appointment and Click EARLY CANCEL. (Please note that an early cancel is prior to 2 hours of your appointment
You will then have a credit on your account

EXTENSIONS
It is your responsibility to check the expiration date when purchasing your pass as they vary depending on type of pass. Passes are valid from purchase date. This can be accessed via your account:

Mindbody App > More > My Info > Passes
Passes can be extended from their expiry date for up to 3 days only due to serious illness. No other extensions are given due to travel, work or other commitments.

Spray Tans are strictly nonrefundable. You will receive a credit on your account which you can use until it's expiry date (3 - 12 months depending on the Tan/Pack you purchased) if you Cancel at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.hello@goldiestudios.com.au

Goldie Studios is fully committed to providing a safe and secure website by protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through Goldie Studios will be handled with the strictest confidence.
